The Home

Recently renovated, this property is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It accommodates up to four guests and is not suitable for large gatherings. After a day out, unwind in the shaded lanai with a cool beverage or relax on the private back deck overlooking the fenced yard. Strong 5G WiFi supports laptops, phones, and three televisions, while an iWave-R bi-polar ionization air filtration system helps create a healthier indoor environment.

Pet-Friendly

The home welcomes up to two pre-approved dogs, ages two years and older, with a $125 fee. The fully fenced backyard makes it a great choice for guests traveling with pets. No other animals are permitted.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy simple keypad entry using the last four digits of their phone number. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with requests for extended time requiring at least 48 hours’ notice. This is a quiet, family-friendly community with quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including pets. Parties, large gatherings, smoking, or vaping are strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.

Great hosts! The A/C wasn't working when I arrived and they had someone there in 10 minutes to fix it. They even offered to move me to another property, but I declined. They were in constant touch until the A/C was running again. They have the house thoughtfully appointed if you have a dog (I don't). Fully equipped kitchen.

I had a great night's rest on this quiet street. It was nice to wake in the morning, have breakfast on the front porch, and then take a stroll down to the trails and the nature preserve. The mattress was super comfortable. The rooms are just as pictured. Location wise, it's ideal. A good find.
