Located in the highly sought-after Watts-Hillandale neighborhood, the home is just 1.5 miles from Duke University, the VA Hospital, and Duke Rehabilitation Center, less than 3 miles from Duke East Campus, and only minutes from I-85, Downtown Durham, shopping, grocery stores, Costco, Home Depot, PetSmart, and pharmacies. Scenic parks, walking trails, and Hillandale Golf Course are within walking distance, while Durham’s vibrant food and cultural scene is only a short drive away.

The Home

This newly renovated property has been thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience. It accommodates up to four guests and is not suitable for large gatherings. Guests can enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a private deck, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Strong 5G WiFi supports laptops, phones, and three televisions throughout the home. An iWave-R bi-polar ionization air filtration system provides a healthier environment. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, with street parking permitted for up to four hours. The home is wheelchair accessible.

Pet-Friendly

The property welcomes up to two pre-approved dogs, ages two years and older, with a $125 fee. No other pets are permitted.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy simple keypad entry using the last four digits of their phone number. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Requests for additional time must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Neighborhood & House Rules

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including pet noise. Parties, large gatherings, smoking, or vaping are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.
